This new Youtube Channel does extremely high quality videos of the rebirth of some Ukrainian villages and “Xutros” (clusters of homes too few to be considered a village).

It seems to be a significant marketing push. I’ve seen “Ukraїner” advertised on a billboard, and a “Ukraїner” photo book for sale in a gas station.
