The Chinese of all people should know what it means to have an aggressor neighbor who will exploit any perceived weakness. It was during China’s century of humiliation, that Russia threatened China into giving up its city of Haishen. I ask Chinese citizens and historians to compare Russia’s action against China 150 years ago, to their actions against Ukraine today. Their approach to their neighbors has not changed.
