Apparently this is a video of a Ukrainian soldier telling Russians to get out of their APC. He says, “get out, and you’ll live”.
He also trolls them by speaking German.

Ukraine has reportedly eliminated Russian tank regiment commander Andrei Zakharov during battles in Brovary east of Kyiv. This is the latest in a growing list of senior Russian commanders to be killed in combat
Russian soldiers who have been stranded in a 40-mile-long armoured military column of tanks and heavy weaponry near the Ukrainian capital Kyiv for days, could soon face freezing conditions.
Already facing sub-zero temperatures during the night, Ukraine is expected to witness a cold snap over the next few days with temperatures dropping to -10C with snowfall.
Temperatures could dip further to -20C on Wednesday because of easterly wind combining with arctic air.
Such icy weather situations are expected to make living conditions worse for the Russian army, whose troops remain stuck in the huge convoy of iron tanks that have barely moved and have been bogged down around 19 miles away from the centre of the city.

Machine guns mostly were PK variants and M240s.
For small arms the video shows a mix of mostly AK variants with ironsights.
China has refused to supply Russian airlines with aircraft components. “We have instructed the airlines to determine themselves where it is possible to purchase these spare parts. As far as I know, they [the airlines] turned to China, but the Chinese refused, ” Valery Kudinov, head of Airworthiness Maintenance Department of the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency, told reporters on the sidelines of the MRO Russia & CIS conference.

Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov said that Russia has changed tactics regarding in its invasion of Ukraine, and 8 Russian generals had been fired because of the failed operation.
“Today we have a clear understanding of what plans the enemy has now. They have changed them a little since the beginning of the war, which they wanted to win in 2-3 days and march along Khreshchatyk [the main street of Kyiv]. It hasn’t happened and never will,” said Danilov.
“Moreover, they have now switched to a different tactic. They changed their leadership. They had about 8 generals removed from their posts because they did not complete the task. Now new ones have been appointed. We clearly understand what is happening in the Russian Federation. Moreover, I can say that they are desperate,” Danilov added.
