Мінімальний строк ув’язнення 36 діб. До речі, саме 36 діб відведено окупантами на процедуру фільтрації, тому це «офіційно» не ув’язнення, а фільтрація.
Умови утримання. Приміщення тюрми переповнені. При плановому ліміті колонії в 850 осіб зі слів свідків, на сьогодні там утримується не менш 3 тис. людей. Переважно з Маріуполя та Маріупольського району. Приміщення наповнені людьми так, що немає змоги лягти. Вимушені стояти та сидіти на кортках. На день на видають баклажку води на десятки людей. Їжа не кожен день. Туалет раз на добу. Прогулок на відкритому повітрі не пердбачено. Все це супроводжується багаточасовими допитами, тортурами, погрозами страти та примушенню до співпраці. Кому пощастило, по закінченню 36 діб відпускають, попередньо змушуючи підписувати якісь папери. Які саме точно свідки вказати не можуть, але допускають що «про співпрацю». Масові випадки зникнення людей після допитів. Свідки припускають, що «пліткують» про переведення до іншої, більш жорсткої тюрми (можливо в Донецьку «Ізоляцію»).
Можна стверджувати, що це фактично справжній концентраційний табір 21 сторіччя, створений росією в центрі Європи.
То ж, шановні журналісти – сподіваємось на вас. У вас в руках є місцезнаходження. Є фактаж. Свідків, хто зголосився поговорити ми вже передали деяким виданням, але вони відмовляються більше аніж на одну розмову. Ми готові сприяти всеціло або врятувати наших людей. Але без вас ми самі не зможемо.
