In 1944 NKVD deported the entire Chechen, Ingush, Balkar, Karachai population and Turkish speaking Georgians. Altogether 700.000 people in Kazakhstan and other central Asian Republics. At least 10 percent of them died on the road. Also don’t forget Pontic Greeks.
